To feel your touch once more

To be whole once more.
As the wind blows throw the curtains
I feel your icy cold touch
I feel your icy lips on my head
As I scream for you to leave
I drink to my insanity.
As you fade with the wind
As your memory blows away
I drink to pull you back
To feel you once again
To let the flame within my heart
burning desperately
To make you warm once again.
As the storm brings me silence
I can hear the soft patter of rain
I can hear your voice whisper to me
The rain increases and your voice surrounds me
Telling me sweet words
The ones you used to say
The one that tore at my heart
The ones I lost myself

From faraway worlds I came,
In love for this earth, in Love for the human beings,
I created a bond with the moon, the one who is most similar to me.
The companion in dark times, she sines bright for all dark souls,
like my heart for the earth...

I've seen a lot of suffering,
I have experienced much suffering,
and yet, after such a long time, I still see the beauty in this world,
see the beauty in people.
The creativity of them inspires me again and again,
they have ideas, dreams, wishes,
And need just a spark that gives them courage
that shines for them,

When I am released I am covered in blood, in my Mother’s blood.

And you have the nerve to judge us, you the one who has a family.

You might say that we are different,
But we are made from the same parts,
Bodies, Souls and Hearts.

When I am born,
I always see a closed door,
Who left it open?
Why did you left me alone?
Who left me outside?
Why did you left me to...die?

Yet none of you were never here, both of you were just lies.

Praying Through The Motions

Long before I took aim and notice,
Control seemed to reject me.
Leaving my hands to a dust storm,
Where they would find only cactus and vermin.
Once in sky blue moon, with a hint of cosmos,
An Oasis would find weary eyes.
There would be the particular tale,
Later entitled, "Too Good to be True."

A bitter stumble on my tired and broken feet,
Beneath the shadow of the valley of bad luck,
Where evil was all I ever found.
Where only two hands guided my own...
Here was a crack in the dust bowl,
Where piece of Heaven laid me to bits of rest.
Though I was never wicked, my blood was,
And therefore until drained,
then true rest was to evade my grasp

By Luck and a Loving Eye

Why stop in the place where I know I am only to be devoured?
As dark & cold as this wretched place, I would never accept as my grave.

There is no path on a unpaved road of improvisation. I follow the crumbs of ancient bread, onwards past growling fiends and the eyes of evil.

I bare the marks of one who has found the morbid experiences of existence. Healing is but a formality that I tend to allow, yet not always.

The cycles are made to run their age old courses, with constant and spontaneous tests to accompany my walk to a worthy Shepherd, whose face I am forbidden to see.

Unworthy, the all vigilant eyes that notice the fine print. Yet un

She lies beneath humanity's mortal understanding
Bending mortals into those who crave their every whim and desire.
Her whispers entail destruction by unconscious action to
Those who abuse her blessings. She considers them unworthy.

But there are those who seek her, not for personal pleasure but
For solidifying a philosophy they consider moral and true.
But will their words be put into action? She challenges all,
Whose actions firmly testify their beliefs.

A cruel temptress yet a benevolent giver, she tests all..
Centuries pass, yet those who were granted her blessings
Succumb to an even worse fate, only time will dictate

Is feisty, full of energy and always ready

Legendary as the ponysona who bears the mark of a blazing wheel

Fire in her eyes mean that she's ready to ride

Is in love with a musician with a voice that is tender as the gods

Reaches out to her friends and does it fast, quick and easy

UrbanThe broken paving stones provide a niche within an unforgiving world,

Tenacious weeds have multiplied around these narrow opportunities

these stringy plants are fitted for survival against the odds, each one

pitching its separate claim to life. Beneath the ruptured slabs, spindle

filaments of roots seek sustenance in gritty soil, dark and moist. in pockets

Too shallow for the for the ornate costumes of pampered rose.

No horticultural art is practiced here, in this harsh universe

resources must be hoarded, so close to the void of the lifeless these survivors

grow. For them the season of flowering is brief:

I am the better fighter
I can navigate the shadows

Let Darkness Come
We are not strangers
I rule my own fate

It's not the dark,

sound like a good encouragement to keep right on going whatever life throws at you.
Or maybe, for a less literal interpretation it could also be a good personal mantra for a vampire hunter, or nay kind of person who takes down monsters for a living.
